DELIVERY

Just.hom will dispatch verified orders within seven days of receipt of order (although this is just a legality - if orders are placed before 4pm on a weekday we will aim to get your order out the same day) - if stock is unavailable you will be notified immediately by email.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
UK Royal Mail signed for: 1- 3 days
UK Royal Mail special delivery: next day before 1pm (if ordered before 4pm previous weekday)

Europe: 3 - 7 days

USA & Canada: 5 - 14 days
Rest of the world: 10 - 14 days

DELIVERY METHODS

Orders within UK
Will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class and Registered. This provides proof of dispatch and needs to be checked and signed for on arrival.

Orders outside UK
Will be sent using the International Signed For service which provides proof of dispatch from the UK or Via Airsure which has improved tracking but requires no signature (method depends on delivery destination). Delivery time is approximately four working days to EU destinations and ten to fourteen working days for the rest of the world. Justhom.com cannot be held responsible if delivery time is longer.

LOST PARCELS
Parcels will be considered lost ONLY if they have been in transit for more than 28 days (Royal Mail's rules - not ours), if you suspect that your parcel has been lost, please first check with your local postal office that they are not holding the parcel for you,

TAXES

VAT
UK and EU orders are subject to VAT calculated at 15%.

Rest of the world
Orders for addresses outside the UK and EU are TAX FREE.
No VAT will be charged.

PLACING AN ORDER

Your customer account
To place an online order, you need to register with www.justhom.com and create a customer account. You will be able to choose your own user name and password to use again to log on when you return to the site.
